Payment by Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send payment along with the bottom portion of your bill.

You may personally deliver your payment to the office located at 7970 Graham Road, Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016, during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We accept cash, check or money orders ONLY at the office.
NOTE: After hour payments may be placed in the well house drop slot
Payment through Speedpay
Visa or MasterCard payments can be made by calling Speedpay at 1-866-653-1738.

Payments may be dropped off at the Cedar Hill branch of Enterprise Bank & Trust.
Payment drop point at Well House
Payments may be dropped into mail slot at Well House infront of our office.
