Public Water Supply District #8 has been in operation over 50 years.  The District is governed by a five member Board of Directors that is elected by the users to serve terms of three years.  Directors may be re-elected for additional terms of three years.  State statutes require candidates must reside within the sub-district for one year prior to the election and not be delinquent in any taxes.

The District produces its water from 3 deep water wells.  The storage capacity of the District is 633,000 gallons of water provided by four water storage tanks.  The average water produced in one month is 11,202,300 gallons.

The office is located at 7970 Graham Road, in Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016.  The phone number is (636) 274-3125.  Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  If there is an after hour emergency, please call the office and obtain the number where a serviceperson can be reached.  The office is closed for most of the legal holidays observed by the county and government offices.
